Our 1st Online First Nation Christmas Concert was a Huge Success!!!!

Keewatin Career Development Corporation (KCDC) is pleased to announce that Our 1st Online First Nations Christmas Concert on Thursday, December 13, 2007 at 1:30pm (CST) via video conference was a huge success.

This special event was gifted to our Elders attending the event!!

We had 87 students and 12 teachers and 5 Elders participate in 7 communities across Alberta and Saskatchewan in the Christmas Concert. We had 15 video conferencing sites in total!

A BIG BIG THANK YOU to all the students and teachers and technical peoples! Thank you for all your work behind the scenes!!!!

Another BIG THANK YOU to the students and teachers at Eskasoni Elementary School in Cape Breton, Nova Scotia for the DVD that they sent to us.

Also, a huge thank you to Dolores Sand for being our Master of Ceremonies and for the entertainment that she provided for us!

Also, to all the participants from Indian & Northern Affairs Canada for the Merry Christmas greeting and the Christmas Carol!
