INAC FNS ONLINE SURVEY DEADLINE JAN 9th, 2009

In December 2008 Indian and Northern Affairs Canada (INAC) offered each participating First Nation school an opportunity to participate in an online survey regarding the First Nations SchoolNet program, internet connectivity along with other IT services are provided to First Nation schools via the First Nations SchoolNet program. The survey is part of an evaluation of the First Nations SchoolNet program that is currently underway. Donna Cona Inc. has been contracted to work with INAC's Audit and Evaluation Sector to conduct the evaluation which is expected to be finalized in February 2009.

Principal or administrator, one teacher, one student and one parent, relative or elder completed one of the online surveys. Each survey completed online entered the participating school in a draw for a digital camera for the school (4 chances per school!).

The entry deadline was January 9th. INAC will let us know who the lucky winners were as soon as this information becomes available.
